As part of this initiative, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between The Gambia and Guinea, outlining cooperation on the deployment of a second subsea cable. This cable is intended to address redundancy issues and enhance bandwidth, thereby facilitating the widespread adoption of high-quality ICT services across various sectors.
